Facility use requests are made through the online program, Facilities Schedules.

When registering for an account, please include the group manager's name in the group title. e.g., KV Swimming/John Doe.

Once your account is approved, you will receive an email confirming the approval.

Then you may log in and request space.

Multiple/Recurring requests for the same space should be submitted as a single request instead of multiple requests. If you need assistance navigating this feature, please contact Melissa at 219-987-4711 x1000. All correspondence, including approvals, cancellations, estimates, and invoices, will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Please check the accuracy of your email address entry.

Important Notes: • Fees may be added to offset custodial charges and building usage costs.

Estimates and invoices will arrive at the group manager's email and are subject to change before or after your event. • All outside organizations wishing to use the Kankakee Valley facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file before requesting space.

• The Kankakee Valley School Corporation reserves the right to cancel any event without reason or notice.

The group manager is responsible for returning all items issued by KV, including key fobs, immediately after the event. Failure to do so may result in loss of privileges.
